Many buyers do not realize that there are many programs that are available for first time home buyers and even buyers who have purchased before. It is no longer always that you will need the traditional 20% cash down payment as in the past and with so many programs available today, buying a home can be possible with a little help.  We want to be sure that our clients have as much information as possible before even starting the process so that they are ready and able to make good decisions that is best for them.
